1. What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we guarantee you will be satisfied with your Pad Grip, or we will refund your money. If you are unsatisfied with your Pad Grip at any time within 30 days of your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked.
2. What warranty does Solve-It! Store offer?
Warranty Information
The Solve-It! Store Warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in the Pad Grip, Atlas or Gecko Products for up to one year. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repair by other than an authorized service center for Solve-It! Store products. Scratching of the powder-coated surface on the Atlas and Gecko accessories constitutes normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
Additional Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are disclaimed. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, that cannot be disclaimed under state law are limited to three years from the date of purchase. Solve-It! Marketing Inc. is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
3. Will the base magnet have any effect on my iPad?
No. The iPad uses solid-state memory to store data, not a magnetic hard drive. As a result, you can use magnets around it without any issues. However, we do recommend keeping your Pad Grip a minimum of 8" away from your laptop, desktop computer, or any other device that uses magnetism to store data. In short, treat your Pad Grip as you would any other magnetic device.
